Meet the organizers
David Zapfe-Wildemann, Isabel Grünberg, & Tristan Hantschel met each other during their studies at the Cologne Game Lab.
David is a game designer & co-CEO of Neoludic Games, the creators behind the indie-hit "Tiny Bookshop".
Isabel is a freelance game & narrative designer, currently working for Positive Impact Games on "The Regreening", and is the head of events for GAME:IN e.V., as well as a mentor for The Very Secret Society of Women in Games.
Tristan is a senior game & level designer and industry expert. He has extensive knowledge of the development scene, and served as a juror for several game award committees. With the current state of the industry and world politics, David wanted to create an event for people to connect and share their ideas, hopes, & wants for the future. He quickly approached Isabel to help him realize this event with her expertise in event planning. Together they also got Tristan on board, who - with his extensive knowledge in jury work and the industry - was the perfect fit to help set up a jury and shape the program of the night.
